Picture: 2011-12 Jefferson County Dairy Princess Emily LaClair being crowned by 2010-11 Dairy Princess Alyssia Fields. Emily is the daughter of David and Connie LaClair of Watertown and a student at General Brown.  The new princess and her court were crowned at a banquet at the Adams Country Club on May 13th with over 100 in attendance.
