we'll fax one to you promptly. If you do not have a fax machine, make sure we have your mailing address so we can mail it to you. YOU MUST USE THE FORM TO REQUEST
REIMBURSEMENT.
Only farms will request reimbursement from JCADC. Profit team members will bill the farm directly.
Farms, please remember that you are responsible for paying a minimum of 20% of the cost of each meeting. Through the grant, JCADC will reimburse you up to 80% of the
meeting costs to a maximum of $600 per meeting. We will only reimburse you for a maximum of 11 meetings. We will pay only for actual meeting costs. The total a farm is
eligible to receive is $6,600 for the duration of the project.
For example:
Total meeting costs = $750, JCADC will pay $600 (80%), Farm pays $150 (20%)
Total Meeting Costs = $400, JCADC will pay $320 (80%), Farm Pays $80 (20%)
Total Meeting Costs = $900, JCADC will pay $600 (Max), Farm Pays $300
Farms may submit for reimbursement at any time. Payment will be made only on a quarterly basis. The following is the schedule for the end of each quarter of the project:
Quarter 1 - August 31, 2007
Quarter 2 - Novermber 30, 2007
Quarter 3 - February 28, 2008
Quarter 4 - May 31, 2008
Quarter 5 - August 31, 2008
Quarter 6 - November 30, 2008
Quarter 7 - February 28, 2009
Quarter 8 - May 31, 2009 (All Reimbursement Requests Must Be Submitted Prior to this Date)
